Cancellation Policy
Payment for cash-pay sessions is due in full on the first Tuesday of each month. Services will be paused until payment is received. Once payment is made, session scheduling will resume in coordination between the client and Jessica Cohen, LCSW, based on mutual availability and the number of sessions paid for. Appointments are scheduled in advance based on your treatment goals, needs, and our mutual availability. All payments are processed via debit/credit card or ACH transfer. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. If the discovery call is missed without at least 24 hours' notice or rescheduling, we will not be able to offer another opportunity to rebook. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund and will also be charged the full session fee.
